I Know The Owner (IKTO) is the thought baby of restauranteur Pak Tsui and Carla Espinoza. During the pandemic, restaurants were limiting capacities due to restrictions and KA Sushi, one of Tsui’s ventures, was no exception. With a loyal fan base desperate to get in, customers would often shout “I know the owner!” as a last ditch effort to secure a spot. This phrase marinated in Espinoza’s mind and resulted in The Height’s iconic tropical bar. 

Stepping into IKTO feels like a mini-vacation. This vibrant spot offers an eclectic mix of rum, agave, and whiskey, paired with lush decor and an upbeat soundtrack that instantly sets the mood. Their constantly evolving menu, featuring fresh, seasonal cocktails and dishes, ensures there's always something new to discover!

Recently, they’ve introduced several Coastal Latin-Asian inspired dishes including Pork Dumplings, Cocktail Crab Claws, Cachapa and Tequeños, Queso Frito, and Mini Egg Rolls. Each dish is a delightful blend of flavors that perfectly complements their extensive drink selection.
