Mardi Gras is all about good food, great music, and letting loose. And each year, Warehouse 72 brings the party to Houston with a feast straight out of New Orleans! We’re talking bold flavors, festive drinks, and live Zydeco music to set the mood. For anyone craving a little taste of Bourbon Street, this is the place to be on Fat Tuesday—and this year was no exception.

This year’s four-course meal was stacked with rich, indulgent dishes that makes Mardi Gras the ultimate celebration of flavor. The night kicked off with NOLA BBQ Shrimp & Grits, a dish that was smoky, buttery, and packed with just the right amount of spice. The blackened redfish with crawfish étouffée was the night’s highlight, delivering a deep, soulful flavor that instantly transported us to Louisiana. Then came the jumbo lump crab stuffed pasta, topped with Cajun caviar for a luxurious twist. Just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, out came the Bananas Foster Cheesecake! It was a decadent, caramelized dream.

Of course, no Fat Tuesday celebration was complete without drinks, and Warehouse 72 had plenty to keep the party going! The cocktails were as bold as the food and served in festive cups. The energy in the room was unbeatable, especially with live Zydeco music filling the space. It was a lively night, perfect for groups of friends or a fun date night.

Warehouse 72 offered this one-night-only experience for $59 per person, with optional drink pairings to elevate the meal even further. With limited seating, spots filled up fast. Reservations were available through their website, and those who planned ahead got to experience an unforgettable night of food, drinks, and festive fun. Be sure to keep an eye out for next year—laissez les bon temps rouler (let the good times roll)!
