Hosting our First Every Foodie Event: A Taste of Rice Village Recap

Last week, we had the absolute pleasure of teaming up with Rice Village District to host our first-ever “Taste of Rice Village”, and all we have to say is wow! The event was a true celebration of community, great food, and good vibes. Seeing food lovers gather to enjoy the community’s restaurants and bars was nothing short of amazing.

Guests left with a goodie bag and were treated to delicious samples and sips from local favorites like Navy Blue, Sixty Vines, D’Amico’s, and Hamsa. There was a range of offerings that encompassed bites of crawfish ravioli, mahi dip, sandwiches, wine pairings, and even a coffee brewing activity– we hope everyone in attendance enjoyed themselves as much as we did! 

A special thank-you also goes out to Rice Village for teaming up with us to make this happen.  We were especially grateful to see such an incredible turnout. The enthusiasm and support from attendees made the event a huge success, and we’re so thankful for the participating restaurants that brought their best to the table. If you joined us, we hope you left with full hearts (and bellies) and a renewed love for the fantastic local spots that make Houston such a food-lover’s paradise.

We’re already looking ahead to the next opportunity to bring the community together. A Taste of Rice Village reminded us why we love celebrating local food and people—it’s all about those unforgettable moments.
