Long-Awaited Katy Food Hall is Now Open: Eat Bun Slut, Main Burger, and Dripped Birria Under One Roof

The wait is finally over—Katy Food Hall is officially open, and it’s everything foodies have been waiting for! Since construction started, locals have been keeping a close eye on the space, eagerly anticipating what it could be. 

Now the doors are open, and Katy has a brand-new foodie haven where some of the city’s most popular local vendors are serving up their best dishes! BunSlut, Main Bird, and Dripped Birria are the three eateries available– enough to satisfy any friend group!

We had the chance to sample some menu highlights from each food stall, and each bite lived up to the hype! We love loading Bun Slut’s double smashburger with as many topping as the burger can hold. Our double patties were stacked with a fried egg, jalapeños, and bacon.

Main Bird’s Dirty Mac and Tenders, featuring extra hot tenders over creamy mac and cheese with crispy waffle fries, was the ultimate comfort food. They nailed their sides and their mac and cheese has all the qualities you’d want– gooey, flavorful, and hot! Dripped Birria also delivered on its specialty with cheesy, flavorful quesabirria tacos, and their new burrito was packed with all the best flavors.

This brand-new spot brings together some of the best local favorites under one roof, making it the ultimate destination for those who can never settle on just one place to eat!
